It’s officially spring and with summer looming some of you might be starting to think about backpacking and camping. I know I am! For today’s Sunday School lesson we’ve got an episode of the NOLS Cooking Show. If anyone has mastered the art of backcountry cooking, it’s the boys and girls of the National Outdoor Leadership School. This episode features backcountry tortillas and burritos. Bread is bulky and tortillas rarely survive vigorous outdoor activity intact. But with some simple, dry ingredients you can make hot, fresh tortillas using your camp stove and fry pan.
